So today I thought I would start something new, I have a tendency to window shop online (and in stores, lets be honest) So here are 8 Things I’ve been pining over this past month (and in some cases even longer then that!) What have you been dreaming about? Pool Green Cotton Mary Jane (Urban Outfitters) $14.00(USD) or 2/$20Through the post clutch (Modcloth) $29.99Cooking owl day apron (ModCloth) $27.99Geeky Owl Bag (HappySewLucky/ spoonflower –for fabric) Price depends on FabricKindle Fire (Amazon) $199 base priceCharm School Shoes in Green (PoeticLicence) $98Soda Fountain Dress in Ginger (ModCloth) $44.99Vintage Two-Toned Style Earrings (Etsy: inspiredbyelizabeth)

So I did my first Make-up Tutorial. Lighting wasn’t so hot and my skin has been an utter mess (I don’t much like wearing heavy foundation). But It’s a pretty simple, basic “No Makeup” look apart from the lips. I mention most of the products as I go but I’ll have a picture of them all as well. This is my first attempt at a video Makeup tutorial so any pointers, tips or tricks are welcomed! I tried to keep it short but apparently I talk A LOT lol.

Okay, so I’ve posted about this one time before however I will still let those who don’t know in. The Soap Box is a subscription service by FortuneCookieSoap.com (Which if you haven’t their products you should!) It is somewhat similar to a birchbox but in this case all of the products you receive are FCS products and are bath and body (usually). The box is $19.99 and the Spring Box sold out in less then 15 minutes because they only had 99 subscriptions. This time around they were offering 500 on top of those that have subscribed already so assuming no one backed out you could say they sent out around 600 (minus the subscriptions that are left) and YES that means there ARE subscriptions left, and you absolutely have a chance to get one! (48 left atm) Don’t let the price fool you though because in every box you also get…

**PICTURE HEAVY POST** So I’ve probably had this stuff for about a month, using it constantly. I can give a few mini reviews. If anyone wants a more in depth review on something please let me know. I purchased a few things however almost everything was from their Sale section. I really wanted to try as many things as possible on as little as possible. The only thing that was regularly priced was the eye shadow primer since I have been running out of mine from Coastal Scents I figured I would try this one. Even though its like $10 more expensive *dies* I wanted to see what the hype was. At the time I purchased they had the 3 samples if the price is over a certain amount so I got the cheek tint in quickie, mascara and All Nighter spray. I purchased the eye shadow primer in Eden. The…

Mostly I used Urban Decay products. I wore this on a day out with my friend, The shirt I had on had a bird on it which was the reason I did the extreme wing 🙂 You don’t have to go quite as crazy as I did, but I like to try new things! Urban Decay original eye primer Urban Decay 24/7 shadow pencil in sin as a base and tear duct area Urban Decay eye shadow in Missionary tops the base all over the lid Urban Decay eye shadow in Bust for the crease Urban Decay eye shadow in Skimp for the brow bone and blending Maybelline eye studio Master Drama in Charcoal – Tightline Milani Liquif’eye metallic eye liner pencil in black for winged look Maybelline eye studio Master Drama in Charcoal lashline smudged Urban Decay 24/7 shadow pencil in clash on the waterline/inner third lashline Urban Decay eye…

Well firstly, this review is for people with Dry skin or who may get Dry skin in the colder months as this product can be too much for any other skin types. This is one of my very first purchases from The Body Shop, and the reason why I keep going back. A little back story, for years I suffered from overly dry flaky skin, most noticeably on my face. I always hated facial moisturizers because I would have to put them on a number of times for it even to moisturize my skin. With this product I only have to apply it once (usually right after my shower) soaks right into my skin leaving it feeling baby soft. I have been using this product since late January early February and just last week went and repurchased (even though i’m STILL not finished the last container, but just about) I am totally a believer…

So after my extremely nerve wrecking interview (They seemed to really like me, brownie points I made them laugh.) I had to head over on the subway, to the sports complex for a concert that my family was going to. Here’s some photos: & some music:  We had a pretty good time, Jaclyn was loving it even though she was falling asleep. Here the whole line up: The Wanted (I showed up after them) Hot Chelle Rae Austen Mahone (I really hope my sister doesn’t start liking him, dislike) Carly Rae Jempsen (dear god this girl has a voice) Cody Simpson Adam Lambert Chris Rene Enrique Iglesias Chiddy Bang Train Flo Rida (He’s ALWAYS at Q102 events) Calvin Harris (The bold ones are in the photos above) I don’t think my sister quite grasps how lucky she is yet at her age but I’m sure eventually she will. She LOVES…

So lets call this try two with the holographic nail polish by HITS called Artemis. First off, still totally obsessed. (I used this last time over 3 weeks ago, my posts are a tad bit out of order.) Can’t wait to get a few colored holos. Old trend, new trend, I so don’t care this is like a party on my nails. The pearly pink is Sally Hansen’s Insta-dri in Mauve It which I purchased last year. Topped with Milani’s nail treatment top coat. The downside to today’s nails, I was hoping to have my nail stuff from ebay already. so unfortunately, no nail art. 🙁 But Nail art and stamping coming soon AND we get to see this lovely happiness on my nails since yet again, today is a dreary foggy day here these nails lift my spirits even if they look pastel! I have my scholarship interview today, totally super…

So I was super duper excited yesterday becauseeeee I received the giveaway prize in the mail that I won 🙂 Miss B of fabugloss.blogspot.com was kind enough to host a giveaway for MAC lipsticks. (Her current giveaway: here)The two I received in the mail were Viva Glam V & Ravishing. Going to be honest, I kinda see the hype. I loveeeeee the Viva Glam lipstick and Ravishing totally brightened up my face I almost looked like I was glowing! I’ve never owned a MAC lipstick, to be quite honest I only own one other MAC product which is an eyeshadow in sketch. But I haven’t had a bad product yet (3/3) lol. WAHOO. I use to think MAC was overly expensive and while it is somewhat for budget buyers like myself, its much LESS expensive compared to many high end brands. So lets say it again… WAHOO! lol Here are a few photos I took yesterday afternoon: —————————–…

So I got the latest Lush times in the mail the other day and finally got around to reading it today. As I’m flipping through (p. 42-43 for anyone who gets the paper) I read about these bars, and at first I just scanned the page the bottom of the first page caught my eye because the color of the characters hair was different. I was like WAIT A MINUTE lol… So basically what these bars are, are temporary hair color treatments that are non-damaging. Considering I never dye my hair (short of that one time in high school where i attempted to have my bangs dyed….electric blue. No judgement lol)  I had never heard this before and my mother always uses those box dye jobs when she does her hair. So I’d totally give this a try if I didn’t love my hair color but I think it’s fun…
