If you are crazy about the Wizarding world of Harry Potter the celebration of HP is the absolute most amazing way to get fully immersed that I’ve experienced thus far. Its like going to a marathon showing at the theaters, you’re pretty much guaranteed most of the other people there are die hards too. Why else would someone sit in a movie theater for 8 hours straight or more?!
I meet some pretty cool people from around the world. Everyone is stoked about Harry Potter and all things wizardry. The first night we had access to the area after hours and it was glorious. There were dancers in the street. Various performers. There were no lines for the rides. Most importantly there was free butter beer. The demonstrations and talks are pretty awesome. You get the chance to ask questions to some of your wizardry burning questions.
Anyone else obsessed MinaLima designs? They sell some artwork at the expo every year. During the panels you get to hear from some of the movie stars. Also, since the next installment of the Fantastic beasts movies is coming out soon you are guaranteed to see something fun and find something out new that no one knew about the wizarding world before. When I went to the celebration they announced the official information about other magical schools which was extremely exiting!
Universal Studios absolutely finds a way to wow people every year. I am looking forward to going back again for that magical experience. Find out more about the Celebration of Harry potter at Universal Studios 2019.
